Our computer vision neural nets are trained on tens of thousands of real-world CAD drawings and floor blueprints. Combined with our localized construction rules compiler, estimations are typically accurate to within 3.5% of final bills of quantities.
Can I use the manual mode for free?
Yes! The manual dim-entry mode is fully unrestricted in our Free Demo. Uploading actual blueprints and having the AI automatically detect elements requires high-compute vision runs, which is why actual blueprint scans are restricted to commercial subscription tiers.
How often do you refresh regional material pricing?
Our local material price index is refreshed weekly across major distribution cities. If there are sudden price fluctuations in steel, concrete, or roofing materials, our pricing engine adjusts estimations instantly.
